The Full Moon Cabaret is an immersive art party with vintage style on the full moon of every month.
Mixing high art and low humour, the Full Moon Cabaret is a sexy and subversive evening hosted by Viva Lamore. Each show creatively explores a theme derived from the traditional names for the full moon that month.
Full Moon Cabaret was founded by Victoria Linchong (aka Viva Lamore), an award-winning producer and director from New York City with very wide interests. After moving to Berlin in 2015, she became involved in several underground arts communities and felt that there should be a platform to unite them all. She remembered the Full Moon Show, a variety show hosted and produced by her friend Tom Murrin, which was a centerpiece of the avant-garde performance art scene in New York City from the 1970s until Murrin's death in 2012. Taking the DIY, all-embracing, avant-garde spirit of the Full Moon Show, Linchong began hosting the Full Moon Cabaret in 2016 to celebrate, catalyze, and unite Berlin's diverse underground art communities.

...Wenn ich so zurückblicke, kann ich mich nur immer wieder wundern, wie vielfältig und teils auch tiefgreifend so ein Abend gewesen ist, an dem vor mir eine in Obst gekleidete Schönheit gelegen hatte, während der Raum angefüllt mit roten Blumen, glitzernden Abendkleidern, dezentem Parfüm und lachenden, sich bis dahin völlig fremden Menschen gewesen ist.
